If the booking is made within eight weeks of your arrival, the full rental payment will be required. Non payment of the balance by the due date shall be construed as a cancellation by the client. The deposit paid on the booking is non-returnable.
Cancellation must be advised in writing as soon as possible. Every effort will be made to re-let the apartment. If we succeed in re-letting the apartment, we will refund all monies paid less £20 for administration. You are strongly advised to take out cancellation insurance.
